Psychology: Health Promotion & Behaviour Change (track)

Compare programmes

Overeating, drug use, and unprotected sex are behaviours that are at the root of the most important health problems in the western world—with an enormous socio-economic impact. Too much stress exacerbates these behaviours. What can we do to prevent unhealthy behaviours, and how can we intervene? The Health Promotion & Behaviour Change track (formerly known as 'Development and Health Psychology') offers both the knowledge and skills for prevention and intervention of unhealthy behaviours, but also how to stimulate healthy behaviours.
